As principal of Deutsch Partners, David Deutsch has thirteen years experience in commercial law, disputes and litigation. Prior to establishing Deutsch Partners, David led the commercial litigation division of a mid-tier Sydney law firm.
David has appeared in the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court; Court of Appeal, Federal Court, Federal Magistrates Court and the High Court and has succeeded in all jurisdictions.
He has acted in a broad range of disputes both locally and internationally, and is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, expert determination and mediation.
David is highly regarded for his commerciality and his determination to achieve the best results for his clients.
